I'm Eli, a nonbinary trans masc individual, and for the past 8 years have identified as such and knew that top surgery was always something I wanted. In 2015 I came out as transgender and soon after I socially transitioned by changing my name and pronouns. Throughout my journey in finding myself, top surgery was something I never hesitated to want. The thought of having a flat chest brings me happiness I only hope I can finally achieve it with some help.

As long as I can remember, even before coming out, I've been uncomfortable with my chest. Looking at myself either in the mirror or down to my chest causes me to feel physically sick until I cover up with a hoodie, and wearing hoodies in California summers is becoming impossible. Gender-affirming top surgery will greatly increase my relationship with my body and make me feel more connected with who I am.

This fundraiser will help cover surgery costs, professional fees, travel to San Francisco, and much-needed post-surgery items such as top surgery recovery shirts with drain pockets, bathing wipes, silicone scar sheets, etc.

I will be contributing what I can as well to my surgery by selling art prints and tattoo tickets for my art.

I will be getting my top surgery done at The Gender Confirmation Center of San Francisco by Dr. Facque whose past results have floored me and made the decision on my surgeon clear.
