Little Scruffy is an adventurous  Westie in Central Flordia that has lots of playmates and a neighbor squirrel name Rocky..Scruffy has had quite a ruff year..Diagnosed with liver cancer and resulting surgery, severe allergies with significant bacterial infections on his legs requiring laser treatment and now a broken tooth requiring surgery.
