My name is Joshua Jones. As you now know I hade to go under an emergency organ transplant. I am fortunate to have insurance so the majority of the $900k surgery is covered. Unfortunately it doesn’t cover everything. I am not looking for a hand out, but maybe a trade? As an executive chef, I have a lot of knowledge to share. I can’t physically work for 3-6months, but would love to help plan menus or parties and or help with simple dinner ideas and recipes?
