Hi my name is Jane and I am fundraising for EMERGENCY AMPUTATION .rocky boy is 4 ! We have 3 dogs rocky beans and stormy .

*( at this point even amputation is $1100 at east village animal hospital london Ontario .

We are about 90% he will have to have the amputation since we def cant reach 3000 for correction pin /plates surgery.

2 weeks ago rocky took a fall and broke and fractured his right elbow.

We have 2 options after he went for sedation and x rays he is now on pain meds .

Option 1 is amputation est at his vet evah is attached approx $ 1, 118 can make any donationsbto EVAH east village animal hospital under rockys name towards rockys and my *( Jane Peacock/ rocky *) account and just make note it is for rockys upcoming amputation if this makes anyone more comfortable.

or Option 2 surgery pins and plates screws ect at a specialist which were waiting for a estimate currently *( most likely between 2600- 4500 in collingwood mount vista hospital * if im correct may be different. We are waiting for that estimate depending on how complex it is.

We are really hopeful if we can try to raise enough to try and get a london location surgery option maybe we can have the surgery to save his arm .

If it is surgery and successful healing rocky would need therapy rehabilitation post op x rays more pain meds ect and all that uncovered costs as well .

Amputation is our last option . And that's heartbreaking to consider .

My husband s brother had rocky and when my husband s brother passed away 3 years ago we took rocky so he lives here with his brother beans again.

He is all my husband has left from his brother, is rocky .. when beans and rocky get playing it's sooo cute people mix them up all the time. They're twins !

We just love him so much and don't want to take his arm away if there's any chance to come up with enough to pay the vet for surgery instead of amputation . And try to keep his arm.

We definitely aren't going to euthanize or surrender him. He's our baby .

Rocky is 4 years old and it is his front right eblow which his amputation *( if we can't get enough for surgery will be to his shoulder. )

If we can raise anything at all to help. Our goal is try for surgery *($4000) if we can't make that goal or collect enough with everything we have then we will have no choice but to use it towards the cost of amputation . $1200. 00

We are on odsp and child tax fortunately, unfortunately it s not enough income for an emergency surgury or amputation which is why we are asking for any help. **
