As part of our continuing mission to support community within and outside of our spaces, R Studios will be offering our Sunset Yoga Series on the Queens Marque Boardwalk every Tuesday night at 7:30pm from July 4th to August 29th. All proceeds from these classes will go to The Canadian Red Cross to assist in local wildfire relief.

We are bringing our playful, signature style to sunset at the waterfront. These yoga classes will be accessible to all levels of students and is a great way to experience the power of yoga in community, whether it’s your first or five-hundredth class. A mix of standing, and seated, movement and long holds, this class will be grounded in breath and leave you feeling uplifted and calm. An opportunity to move as a community while supporting Nova Scotians in need.

All those that donate will be entered into a draw to win a fantastic giveaway on September 1st as a thank you for all of your support. You have proven to us time and time again that our collective energy has the ability to move mountains, so let's make a difference for the people of Nova Scotia impacted by these devestating fires.
