Hello, everyone!
The past couple years for me have been spent working at a boarding academy called Fountainview Academy, the same school I graduated from. I came back here to work because I wanted to save money to go back to university.
Recently, however, I have felt a strong need to experience some focused, intentional, spiritual training before going to a public university. I want to recieve some solid witnessing and evangelism training before I take the step back into formal education, as well as grow and strengthen my own personal relationship with Christ.
ARISE is a biblical training centre in Jasper, Oregon, USA. The program is designed for anyone who wants to be better equipped for everyday ministry. Instruction, personal study, and hands-on practical ministry are involved throughout the whole program for a complete experience. Personal experience from friends who have completed the program, as well as having visited ARISE myself, has encouraged me that this is something I very much want to partake in. The problem lies in the fact that it will take a large chunk out of my education fund to be able to participate in this program. With all added expenses and the exchange rate, the cost will be around $7,000 CAD. This gofundme campaign is to raise money to help ease the cost of this program so I can still return to school. Any support you may be able to offer would be immensely appreciated! The program begins this year on August 23, 2016, though financial support (up to the cost of the program) would be accepted until after the program ends, as it is really needed for university afterwards.

Donating on their website ensures the full amount being used for my ARISE tuition, as gofundme will take a cut of the funds raised on this site.
