Samantha unexpectedly passed away on April 4, 2015. We are in need of financial support to pay for the cost of funeral expenses. Anything will help us in this time of need. We plan on having a service in Sam's city, Chicago, the place she always called home. We believe that is what she would have wanted, to be home in her city with the people she loved.
