My mother, brother and 1.5 yr old nephew along with their pets (cats and dog) are currently displaced due to a house fire that started in the kitchen of their rented home yesterday afternoon. They just moved to Stamford, NY recently and have no resources up there. My brother is a single dad currently out of work on unemployment and my mom is on disability, so resources are quite low. They also lost most of their furniture and clothing to fire damage. I’m reaching out for help with resources on finding them all a place to stay ASAP.  They will need money to survive until they find an a new apartment and to help purchase new clothes and things for the baby. They’re worried about their pets, too. The cats are still at the fire damaged home until they can find a place to go. Red Cross gave them some toiletries and a prepaid card for $500 but that will not go very far. No amount is too small. Anything will be helpful to get them back on their feet. Thank you
