Support John's Recovery After Motorcycle Accident

Hi everyone,

I’m writing this from the hospital as my son, John, is currently in surgery for a broken arm following a horrific motorcycle accident yesterday.

John was out riding his brand-new motorcycle with a group of friends — something he was so excited about — when an individual driving recklessly and irresponsibly slammed on their brakes for no clear reason. This caused John to crash into the back of the car, flipping over the handlebars and landing on his neck and side. It was a terrifying moment, and we are beyond grateful that he’s alive.

The investigation is ongoing.

John has already required emergency surgery on his arm, and he’ll be out of work for a while as he recovers. We have no idea yet how high the medical bills will go, but we know they’re going to be overwhelming.

As a mom, it’s heartbreaking to see your child in pain, and even more so to worry about how he’ll recover physically, emotionally, and financially.
