New Heart New Life

Hello, My Name is Rodney and I’m fundraising for my Heart Transplant. I was told January This year that I need the transplant. I would say so after surviving 28 heart attacks since I was 31.

I love riding my motorcycle when I have the energy, hiking, boating and hanging out with my friends. I do not Drink or use any drugs other than the 2 handfuls of heart meds I take daily.

I’m 50 years young and I help more people than I help myself. I really hate asking for help of any kind. I was number 87 on the transplant list and as each day goes by, I’m moved down the list. I’m now at 189 on the list because of this copay.

Hope there is 30,000 people on here who are willing to give 1 dollar for me a new lease on life.

I had my first heart attack when I was 31 and now I’m 50. It seams I’ve spent half my life in the Hospital. I would to be able to get out and enjoy life again. If you can’t give anything, send up some prayers and good thoughts and those work as well. Thank you.

I received a $60,000 donation from the makers of one of my medicines that was supposed to prevent future heart attacks. They want my old heart to study to see why the medication didn’t work for me.
