A Heartbreaking Update – My Dad’s Cancer Has Returned.
Hi everyone,
It’s with a heavy heart that I’m writing to share an update on my dad’s health. As many of you know, he was diagnosed in June 2021 with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, a very aggressive type of cancer. After months of treatment, countless hospital stays, and an incredible fight, we were hopeful that he was on the road to recovery.
Unfortunately, the cancer has come back — and it’s worse than before. This relapse has hit our family hard. The doctors have confirmed that the lymphoma has returned more aggressively, and my dad is now facing an even tougher battle. He will be undergoing more intense treatments, and possibly new therapies that aren’t fully covered by insurance. He’s already been in and out of the hospital, and it’s clear that this fight is going to be longer, harder, and more expensive than any of us hoped.
Because of this, we’re once again asking for your help. Your donations will go toward medical bills, treatments not covered by insurance, hospital stays, medications, transportation, and basic living expenses while my dad is unable to work.
If you’ve already given or shared our story — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your support has carried us through some of the hardest days. If you’re able to give again, or simply share this page with others, it would mean the world to us.
My dad is a fighter — he’s faced this monster once, and he’s ready to do it again. But he can’t do it alone. We’re holding on to hope and leaning on our community for strength. Thank you for standing with us.
With love and gratitude,
James’ family
