Help Lay My Little Brother to Rest
I can't believe i have to do this and i’m writing this with a heavy heart.
On June 12th, my family and I lost someone we love more than words can describe — my little brother, Isaac. He passed away unexpectedly after a long and painful battle with addiction. He was only 21 years old.
Addiction is a cruel disease. It steals the light from the brightest souls, and my brother was one of them. He was kind, funny, creative, and full of love. He had dreams, he had people who loved him deeply, and he had moments of hope. But like so many, he struggled. And now, tragically, he's gone.
We never expected to be planning a funeral for someone so young. As we grieve this unbearable loss, we are also facing the financial burden of giving him the goodbye he deserves. I’m humbly asking for help from anyone who’s willing to support us during this incredibly difficult time.
All funds will go toward funeral and memorial expenses, and anything left over will be donated in his name to organizations that support addiction recovery and mental health awareness.
If you can give, even a little, thank you. And if you can't, please consider sharing this with others. We want to remember him not for how he died, but for how he lived — with a big heart and a beautiful soul.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Hold your loved ones close. I will Update the GoFundMe with details when arrangements have been made.
With love,
The Postlewait Family
