Medical Help For Don

Hi, my name is Donald Lamothe. I’ am 46 years old and I am from Smooth Rock Falls. 9 years ago I was diagnosed with severe congestive heart failure.I was force into long term disability, 3 years ago. At the time, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Recently, I was diagnosed with a spinal stenosis, which impairs my walking and balance. I have a very hard time walking and performing daily chores.

The doctor prescribed medical equipment that is not covered 100%, or at all by my benefits. I also have monthly medical supplies that are not covered by my private benefit. I also hired a handy man and a cleaning lady to help with those special needs.
