Hi Friends! I am writing this while I am crying because I don't know what else to do. I have spent most of the last month in and out of the hospital with a killer headache. They have ruled out just about all the deadly stuff. I have had an MRI, CT scan, and a lumbar puncture. I met with my doctor today and she decided to put me on medical leave. I meet with the neurologist on October 30th to hopefully get to the bottom of this.

But in the meantime, I have missed a whole lot of work. I am really passionate about my job and I miss being at work every single day. I take care of adults with disabilities and I love them all with my whole heart. So it breaks my heart not being there.

Eventually, I will get paid medical leave until at least November 6, 2025 (maybe even longer), but I am without income until that goes through, and when it does, it will just barely cover my rent. So I am really asking for a little bit of help to get by.
