Hi guys, I’m sure all of you remember my dog Banks… he’s that one guy that stares into your soul and makes you question whether or not he’s hiding a zipper underneath all that fur. He’s also my bestfriend. Well the unthinkable happened and he needs me now more than ever.

We were playing fetch, he decided to jump super high for the ball and came down the wrong way on his leg. We spent all day at the vet getting x-rays and tests ran to find out that he somehow managed to break his femur and hurt his ACL (CCL). That being said, I was given 3 options.

Surgery - best option, but expensive.

Amputation - almost as expensive as the surgery.

Euthanization - never an option.

He is in a lot of pain right now and the surgery and recovery are something I simply cannot cover on my own. Banks isn’t just a pet, he’s family. He’s brought me and so many others so much joy, love, and comfort. Now he needs us more than ever. I’m doing everything I can, but I still need some help.
