We are deeply saddened by the untimely passing of Olusegun Oguntuase, aged 41, who went to be with his Maker on the 21st March 2024, after a brief illness.
The journey …
For the sake of his family, Olusegun made the selfless decision to allow his young wife to pursue her Nursing career in the UK while he stayed behind to care for their children. Balancing fatherhood, entrepreneurship, and childcare duties, Olusegun dedicated himself to his family. After a few months, Olusegun reunited with his wife and children in the UK. Together, they welcomed a third child, creating a loving family of 3 boys aged 7, 5, and 3.
Olusegun has always strived to provide the best for his family, demonstrating responsibility, dedication, hard work, and unwavering care as a husband and father.
Having worked as an unqualified mental healthcare practitioner for years, Olusegun decided to further his career by pursuing a Mental Health Nursing degree so he will be able to give fully as a registered mental health practitioner to the community.
In September 2023, Olusegun enthusiastically embarked on his new journey pursuing a Mental Health Nursing degree. He was eager for his placement opportunities and embraced his roles as a devoted husband and father with joy.
His sudden demise on the 21st of March 2024 has left a significant void in the lives of his loved ones. Olusegun is survived by his young wife, three children aged 7, 5, and 3, as well as siblings and a mother in her 80s.
Olusegun's legacy of love, dedication, and hard work will forever be cherished by those who knew him. As we come together to honor his memory, we seek support and contributions to help his family navigate this challenging time.
