8 days ago my beautiful 5 year old granddaughter, Emily, was victim of a horrific lawn mower accident resulting in partial amputation of her foot. She was life flighted to childrens hospital and has since underwent 4 surgeries. She faces 2 procedures per week for the next 4 weeks, then a skin graft that will result in hospitalization and one procedure after that. We are uncertain of her options for prosthesis or how it will look for her to walk again, but we know she will walk because she’s such a strong little girl. Please continue to pray for Emily, her journey is long and tough and she needs all your support.

I am asking for help for her parents with the mountain of medical bills that she faces now and will continue to face. Also, my daughter is a contingent nurse without benefits including personal time off. This means that she must choose between an income and spending time with Emily. Any support is appreciated.
