Help Jen fund Alternative Medical Treatments

In December 2, 2020, Jennifer had an MRI because of back pain.  The doctors discovered that she had 4 fractured vertebrates and herniated discs in her lower back.   After further testing on December 5, she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer that had metastasized to her bones.  All of us who know Jen are still shocked about this.   She eats organic food, uses all-natural body products, uses all-natural cleaning products, doesn't smoke, rarely drinks, exercises regularly, and leads a very healthy lifestyle.   In fact, she ran two 5-K races in the fall of 2020.  


She used a walker for 8 weeks and had to purchase a special reclining chair while the fractures in her vertebrates were healing. 


The primary origin of Jennifer's cancer is unknown at this time, but the doctors believe that it of GI origin.  She has been undergoing chemo therapy since December 22, 2020  through U of M Medical Center, and had surgery on April 8, 2021 at Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota.  She will return to Mayo in June for testing.


Because Jennifer is also a patient at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, she has many added expenses with travel to and from Minnesota.  


Jen is also using many holistic treatments, supplements, special foods,  and therapies that are not covered by her medical insurance.  These treatments, along with insurance deductible, co-pay, and even special furniture purchases, are very expensive.   As of April 2021, Jennifer has spent over $33, 000 on these expenses.
