Nate just found out he has Mantle Cell Lymphoma and it is affecting several areas of his upper body. In standard cancer terms it would be defined as Stage 3.

He has been in and out of MUSC (Medical University of SC) where he had some complications from the chemo.

Nate is a wonderful man who is looking to better himself by  going back to school at Coastal Carolina University for Sports Management. 
He is passionate about football (Michigan, but don't hold that against him :-) and he volunteers as a coach and loves it. He owned his own business in Michigan. He worked in Sports Management, helping athletes get recruited to Colleges. He loves running on the beach and misses his workouts.
