American study abroad students at Webster University Athens Campus  are planning to host a holiday celebration for the refugee children at Caritas Refugee Center in Athens, Greece on Wednesday, December 16, 2015.   The idea of the party is to give the children a chance to play and interact with each other, something they do not get a chance to do often.  They usually come to the center with their families only for meals or to receive other services.  They have been through so much adversity and hardship at such a young age, if we could give them a chance to be kids and let them laugh and play, even for a day, we will have achieved our goal.

We want to provide the children with toys, arts and crafts supplies, clothing and food.    Please assist us in making this a successful, fun-filled day for the children by donating whatever you can.  A goal of $2,500 dollars has been set to cover the cost of this event.  We thank you in advance for your contribution.
