On Monday 13th February 2017 we got the most devastating news that our baby's heart had stopped. I was 40 weeks 6 days pregnant. This was completely out of the blue as everything had been fine. I'd even had a scan the week before & saw our gorgeous boy & was told everything was perfect.   On Wednesday 15th February 2017 at 8.50pm our beautiful baby boy, Cody Tallentire Armstrong-Miles was born, weighing 7lb10oz & measuring 21" long ❤️ He was perfect.  Our lives will never be the same again. 

Inparticular 3 charities have helped us: 
4louis : .A fantastic charity which provided a  cuddle cot. This meant we could spend precious time with Cody and keep him with us at the hospital. They also went above & beyond & lent us 1 for the chapel of rest , again enabling us to have more invaluable time with Cody. We can never repay their kindness. They also provided beautiful memory boxes. 

Remember my Baby: Another fantastic charity. They provided a volunteer photographer who came in to the hospital & took some beautiful photos of Cody & the family. Photos we will treasure & would otherwise not have have.

Teardrop: A local charity which provided a beautiful memory box & extremely important literature.

We are also raising money for the Birthing Unit to make the birthing room more family friendly.  The staff were phenomenal & looked after us & Cody so well  ❤️

The charities have helped us immensely & we are raising money in Cody's memory    so other families can be supported through such a horrific time  ❤️


We are using GoFundMe so money raised can be distributed between the chosen charities.y

Cody will always be in our hearts & a part of our lives & family ❤️
