I’m Jeanine, these funds will go towards my medical expenses, medication and surgery. I went from being a fun, loving, outgoing and independent woman. I have been a Correctional Officer for the past 8 years and then went on to work for the federal government but everything changed Thanksgiving day of 2020. One morning while at work, I began vomiting and having severe stomach pains and I didn’t know what was happening. This had gone on for another year, Doctors were baffled and had no answers. After failing a stomach emptying test, I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis. It’s been 3 long years and in that time, I have lost a significant amount of weight due to being unable to eat or keep anything down. I went from 130lbs down to 80lbs. I’m now in need of a feeding tube or TPN, which I’m on a waiting list for. I’ve been unable to work due to all that has transpired with my health. A mass was also found on my pancreas that is causing a great deal of pain. I also have a large pedunculated fibroid that needs to be removed. These funds will assist in all of my care, treatment and cost of surgery. I am grateful for anything that is given, Any little bit helps. We all need somebody sometimes. Ultimately, I believe and know that God is in control and will heal me but I need the help of family and friends at this time.
