Emergency surgery

My name is Paulette and I am fundraising for my son. He has a hereditary heart condition. He is 47 years and needed to have open heart surgery. His wife just started a new job and Jerry has no disability insurance.

His doctor told him he will be off work for up to 4 months. He has 3 children with his youngest starting college this month and will struggle financially for the next several months.
