Running To Remember

In October we will be running a Half Marathon (21km) in Rome Italy.

When dementia touched my girlfriend's family, I saw the devastating impact it can have. Witnessing their struggle and attending the funeral fuelled my determination to make a difference. That's why I'm running this half marathon: to raise funds for research and support, so future generations don't have to fight this devastating disease. Let's run to Remember! Let's go!

I myself have been very fortunate that my family have not been affected by dementia. however, over 900,000 people are living with dementia in the UK, which is set to rise to over one million by the end of 2025. I am running this half marathon to raise funds to help prevent these figures from increasing and to help give support and assistance to those fighting this disease. Let’s run to remember!

Me and my friends, George and Bartie, are raising £500 to support those affected by dementia and to help fund vital research. This cause means a lot to us — especially after losing my pop, who lived with dementia. We’ve seen how devastating this illness can be, and we want to do our part to help others going through it. Every donation, big or small, will make a real difference. Thank you for your support.
