This is a continuation of the previous Fundraiser on PayPal. They have a limit and due to the amazing generosity and support shown by the community, we wanted to create another place for those that would like to support the Speckin Family. The love shown is astounding. Thank you to those who continue to support this amazing family.

To know the Speckin family is to love them. And if you know them, you have likely experienced their love, kindness & generosity. The time has come now when they need their friends & family the most. As you may know, Kevin is currently living at Columbia Presbyterian awaiting a heart transplant. He cannot come home until that has been accomplished. For now, the doctors, nurses & equipment are keeping his heart beating until he can get his new heart. For those that are local, there is a meal train set up, but we have many people asking how they can help from farther away. We decided to set up this fundraiser to help with O’Brien’s travel expenses (i.e., countless trips to NYC that will require money for gas, tolls, parking, and possibly even hotel stays) & taking care of the kids’ needs (i.e., groceries, restaurants, gift cards, etc.).
