On Thursday, December 11th, my sister and I received the worst news we could have got- that our mother passed away in her home. She was currently battling squamous cell carcinoma. She is now reunited with the lord and especially with her loved ones including our dad who passed in 2010. However, not only that we lost a mother but my children lost a grandmother, our aunts lost a sister and our family is now one spot emptier this holiday season.In lieu of flowers we are asking for donations to help with the funeral and burial proceedings as she did not have life insurance. Anything is appreciated as we navigate this tough time for our family
