Fire Relief for Violet Family
Donation protected

On Sunday, January 24th the Violet family suffered a great loss. Just a little after 11 am that morning, a fire detoryed the home of Marhsal, Michelle, Evan, Tylan, and Abby. You see this story hits very close to home as these children are my own....
Abby and Tylan were wrapping up the week at our house when I recieved a phone call @ 12pm as their dads home burst out into flames due to a chimney fire.
I am so greatful that the children were not there. However the children's dad andstep mom (Marshall and Michelle) and thier two pets were home... but so greatful that all got out OK!
The family stood by watching helplessly as the roof collapsed and the home lay in ruins. The home was deemed a total loss and just like that and a family lost all of thier possesions and were displaced from their home.
The family was renting the home and unfortunately had no renters insurance, therefore everything that was lost will have to be re-purchased including; clothing, furniture, electronics, toys, linens, to finding a new home!
Our families have been pulling together the last couple of days trying to dig out from under the ashes and salvaging any remains. The children were able to walk through the home, so they could understand the loss. Their little hearts are broken, not only for their possesions but for their parents and the emotional distress of losing a home.
This will not only be physically, but also emotionally taxing on the entire family. Worldly possessions can be replaced. The most important thing is that they all have each other, and thank God no one was hurt. But only time will heal the emotions of the devastating loss that they have suffered.
Michelle has been the most wonderful stepmother to my my babies and an amazing person. I am so greatful that she is part of their lives. Thier dad,Marshal, loves his children and has always been an excellent provider.
Both of them center thier worlds around the children and love, expecting nothing in return.
Finances are the last thing someone who is trying to recover from such a devastating loss should have to worry about.
I know it can be hard for friends and family to show support for loved ones at times. They may not know how to help, or even if they can.
I am starting an online fundraiser to relieve some of the burden for this beautiful family. Just like they have loved expecting nothing in return...I challenge you to give humbly, and realize how quickly your life change change without warning.
We would like to be able to present funds to the family over the course of the next couple of weeks for items that need replaced immediately. If you are able to contribute, even just a little, you would be making a huge impact during a time of great need.
We are so thankful for your consideration and God bless.
