Help with medical needs and bills

This is very embarrassing for me to be writing. I feel like a failure for having to ask for help, but I feel I have no other options. I am disabled and awaiting SSDI determination. I have at minimum 4 doctor's appointments a week, usually more around 8-10. I need help to pay the bills, stay housed, and not become another statistic.

I am an RN by trade, but have not been able to work in 5 years. I have no savings left and do not know how I am going to be able to pay rent, bills, groceries, and medical treatments. I have uncontrolled EDS, MCAS, arthritis, POTS, Sjogren's syndrome, oral allergy syndrome, constant migraines, and pain, just to name a few (yes, there are more). Every day is a horrible struggle just to meet basic needs. I do everything I am supposed to do and am not seeing improvements. I recently had an IV port placed to receive medication via IV 3 times a week. I have broken my feet 3 times in the last 5 years, doing nothing at all. I put my pants on and broke it, I turned my upper body, and it broke, I took a step and it broke. I had to have surgery. I see multiple specialists, but the very few who are very well-versed in my conditions are self-pay and do not take any insurance. I am at a stall. My cardiologist has stated I have depleted all my options and nothing is working for me. I am at a loss.
