Dentures fund

This is what has happened to all of my family in their 60's - now it's my turn to have my teeth fall totally apart! I had an oral surgery appointment set up for my new dentures, but it had to be canceled when at the last minute (2 days prior) they informed me they need the biggest chunk of what my insurance does not cover. Up to that point the only discussion about money was setting up a payment plan, no word about it at all. I've checked all of my options, and have hit dead ends everywhere. I simply HAVE to get this done ASAP - I can barely eat anything and have lost a bunch of weight because of it. Not to mention that it's pretty painful trying to eat.

I'm really embarrassed to have to try this route, but am not financially set up to be able to pay a large amount like that. Never made much in my career, so also never saved any of it!
