Hi there, I’m Ashley, a student at Oregon State University-Cascades, and I'm reaching out for help to care for my beloved cat, Milo. Milo was recently diagnosed with kidney failure. This heartbreaking diagnosis instantly turned my world upside down. Despite the fear and uncertainty, we've been given hope with a treatment plan that involves at-home fluid injections every other day, special food, regular blood tests, and medications to manage his condition.

Milo has been with me since 2020, when I brought him into my life as my emotional support animal while dealing with complex PTSD. He has been my constant companion and the one thing that kept me going through some of the hardest times in my life. He has a soothing presence, a spunky personality, and his cuddles are priceless. He's not just my pet, he is my family.

As a student about to graduate, I'm struggling to afford the ongoing costs of his treatment. The expenses are adding up quickly—weekly and monthly visits for blood monitoring, medications, and the special food Milo needs.
