Keeping a Connection w/ My Parents

I was diagnosed in 2008 to 2009 with several health issues. I was declared disabled in 2010. My medical conditions include Fibromyalgia, Degenerative Disc Disease in my Spine and Neck, Gastroparisis ( I do not digest all of my food properly, my stomach is 16% paralized). Those are just some of my many diagnosed illnesses. My parents passed away in 2013 and I found myself and my daughter without a home, no family, and nowhere to turn. We moved to West Virginia for a fresh start. I began suffering with T.I.A.'s back in 2008 when it was discovered that I had a Low Ejection Fraction in my Left Ventricle. I thought that the move would help us heal and with a slower pace than Maryland I could get some of my medical issues under control. I am sad to say that they have not. I am now experiencing seizures. I try to work and there are days where I cannot even get out of bed. My health is declining and I need to pay off my bills so that if something should happen, my daughter is not left with a mountain of bills to pay. If you could please find it in your heart to help us; I will be forever thankful and appreciate your generosity to help my family. I always say to my daughter and to other's that this is a hand up not a hand out. So, please know that this is how I will feel if you can help us.
