Matthew Ragan Cancer Fund

Matthew Ragan and Shannon Hanson, are a young couple in Bend, Oregon,  that have been together a short 18 months.   Matt an Army Veteran that was medically discharged, because of his battle with testicular cancer. Matt had surgery and went through chemotherapy and thought his cancer was behind him.  He had been in remission for two years when he found out, on October 26th, that his cancer had metastasized in both lungs.  He now again has months of treatments and recovery ahead of him.   

This fund is intended to help offset what will turn out to be a very costly battle against Matt’s cancer.  In a world where insurance coverage exceptions and high deductibles can bankrupt families, we want to help cover the cost of whatever we can, from daily expenses and trips to the hospital that will allow Matt and Shannon to focus 100% of their energy on getting him healthy.
