Hey everyone! My name is Maria and I have set up this go fund me for my boyfriend Andy. He is looking for help with some expenses for top surgery.
As a food service worker, he doesn’t have much extra cash on a good day, and the additional expenses associated with this procedure stand in the way of him being able to live as authentically as possible.
The money raised would allow him to focus solely on healing and regaining strength after the surgery without additional stress from worrying about covering bills. Also, insurance won’t cover the complete cost of surgery, and the out-of-pocket cost must be fully paid before the appointment.
Without some extra help, it would be years until he would be able to afford this completely on his own, and given the delicate political climate we know this won’t be an option in a short time.
