We are devastated by the destruction and tragedy the fires had on our beloved town of Lahaina. Thankfully, all of the Hula Girl crew got themselves to safety in time.

Two of the Hula crew, Head Chef Sergio and Scuba Instructor Shan, both with families that include 2 small children, lost their homes to the fire. They have lost everything, some of which is irreplaceable, but every little bit helps to start healing and rebuilding. The rest of the crew haven't lost their homes but will be out of work for the unforeseeable future and may need assistance to keep living on the island of Maui while we wait for the reopen of the Westside. This GoFundMe is for these crew to get themselves back on their feet.

The vessels, Hula Girl and Shangri La, are safe but we lost our baseyard that housed food storage, tools, boat trailers and trucks. We look forward to sailing with you in the future, but for now, there is a long cleanup and an even longer rebuilding for Lahainatown.
