"Pierce" Cancer Together

Dear Friends, 

I know we have helped my child's godparents, Chris and Shalesha, in the past, but they need our help once again. 
Shalesha is going to kill me, but we are family, and eventually she will see the good it does for her and her family, eventually forgiving me. 

Chris has not been able to work since they went on their trip to North Carolina to support Shalesha's mom during a surgery in early August. After landing in North Carolina to help Shalesha’s mom through surgery, Chris became very ill. Luckily, they were at a great hospital that quickly diagnosed him with a golfball-size malignant tumor in his brain. He had an operation to remove it and went through chemo.  
We all praised God and Chris showed signs of a full recovery.

My bestie, being the strong woman that she is, has been silent as tumors have returned, chemo is in progress, and she has kept busy beginning playoffs for her basketball team.  I am asking if you could, please help me raise money to support Chris' medical bills and whatever else they may need from this support. 
This is what I am asking: if not money, prepare a meal or two for the family. If not a meal, maybe some of Asa's, Shalesha's and Chris' favorite snacks to munch on here and there. If not for snacks, say a prayer that Chris will "pierce" this cancer once and for all. All of us need something at one time or another and I know this will be beneficial to both Chris and Shalesha.
