Hello Friends and Family,
My dear twin brother John needs our help!!! He has been dealt a pretty unlucky hand, and now time and money is running out.  You see, he was diagnosed with kidney failure and was put on dialysis. As his twin, I am a direct match! But in the interim, that kidney failure turned into cancer. He had to have BOTH kidneys removed his thyroid, abdominal hernia, not to mention innumerable biopsies, surgeries, transfusions and treatments. Because of his grave condition certain hospitals and physicians removed him from their list as a donor candidate.  But we will not give up! We will not stop until we complete this transplant. But since we are now on our own we desperately need your help. The cost of transportation,  hospital bills, surgery stays, consult copays, medications, and treatments have gotten beyond our control. We are pleading for friends, family, those who know us, those who don't know us, to please give a little of yourself and please help us.
