"Ministering" for Leo Manley
Donation protected
Hi Family and Friends, Leo and Margie Manley need our "MINISTERING"
As you may or may not know, my uncle Leo Manley has bone marrow cancer and is having treatment a few times a week at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. They live out in the country about an hour and a half each way from treatment. He has a treatment soon that is everyday for 3 weeks. They are trying to get housing thru the Mayo clinic, but if it is not available they will have to drive the 3 hours each day. Their transportation costs, medical expenses and everything else has really taken a financial toll on them. On top of this, Marjorie is having some heart issues and their daughter, Angie, has been very sick and has been in the hospital several times in the last few months. They were driving up to Oregon to see her and their car broke down. And as you may know, their son Tim passed away last year. Life has been really challenging for them. I have said lots of prayers on their behalf and I am sure a lot of you have too. Now I would like to try and raise a little money to help lighten their burden. In our church we talk about going to family before church. We are FAMILY and FRIENDS and we are taught to take care of one another and MINISTER to one another. This is our opportunity to MINISTER to our family/friend. MOSIAH chapter 2:17 And behold, I tell you these things that ye may learn wisdom; that ye may learn that when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God.
A lot of small help can turn into something amazing. Every $5 adds up.
Thank you for reading, your prayers and your donations.
Sincerely,
Leanne Long Roberts
