"Joe Strong" Help for Joe De La Cruz

Friends and family, I come to you in hopes that we can come together not just as Teamsters, but as the true brotherhood that we are. One of our own, Joe De La Cruz, was recently diagnosed with stage IV (4) Lung cancer. Joe's strong work ethic and dedication has led him to working over 30 years at UPS (Round Rock Center, TX) and a passion for boxing has allowed him to coach youth in his free time, including my own.

I have known Joe for over 25 years both professionally and personally. I couldn't speak more highly of Joe, as he is one of the most down to earth honorable men I've ever known. Joe's fight for survival through chemo and radiation treatments is not only for himself, but for his 5 children, and 6 grandchildren.
