Quit the drink, teach kids to swim

There is so many families who cannot afford swimming lessons, I’m fundraising to hopefully help at least 10 families receive $500 each, toward swimming lessons at a swim school of their choice.
I’m taking the pledge to quit alcohol for 12months and receive donations to go toward this cause. At the end depending on how much is raised, I will then send out a message to the public for anyone who wants to nominate a friend or family member who cannot afford lessons for their children. Then the $ will be transferred to the swim school.
I’ve been teaching for 22yrs and in surf lifesaving for 34yrs, I’ve seen it all. I work with refugees and I see the need to help as lessons can be very expensive.
