Helping Quinton McCarthy fight brain tumor

Quinton McCarthy (6 yrs old) Quinn was 4 years old when doctors found he has a tumor on his brain stem. They attempted surgery when they first found it, and were unable to remove it because it is too intwined with his brain stem. For a year and a half his tumor has been non-growing. In May at one of his regularly scheduled MRI's they found that the tumor has started growing, with out treatment the tumor is life threatening. He went under another surgery on the tumor and has to undergo chemotherapy treatments once a week up at Dartmouth Hitchcock in Lebanon. After his first round of chemotherapy he had another MRI scan done and they had found that his tumor had not shrunk at all. They do have hope that yes the chemo didn't shrink it but did stop it from growing anymore. Due to the fact his body system did not handle this treatment very well, they decided to try another course of treatment. This course is planned for the next year at once a week treatments. This round of treatments we will once again have to pay attention to his blood levels, whether his immune system can handle being in public or if he gets a small bruise could cause him to bleed out, but this time we will also have to test to see how his liver is taken it also. This little boy has a very long and hard battle ahead of him. It will not only be hard on him but also his family. Everyone has asked how they could help, it is never easy for anyone to step up and ask for help like this but unfortunately the best and easy way to help Quinton and family is to donate anything you could to help through the trying times to come between the long drives up to Dartmouth every week or the unexpected days we may have to take off for him.  Anything you could donate would be very appreciated and we would be very thankful for it.
