Celebrating Quincy’s 2nd Birthday: A Memorial Fundraiser in His Honor

On August 4th, we will gather with full hearts to celebrate what would have been our beloved son Quincy’s 2nd birthday. Though Quincy is no longer physically with us, his spirit, love, and light continue to guide and inspire us every single day.

In his short time with us, Quincy touched countless hearts. His strength, curiosity, and gentle spirit radiated love, even without words. He taught us what it means to love fiercely, to hope deeply, and to cherish every moment. While we grieve the life we imagined for him, we remain grateful for the love he gave and the community that surrounded him.

To honor Quincy’s memory, and to mark this deeply meaningful day, we are continuing a new tradition: a memorial fundraiser benefitting the children & families of OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, the place that cared for him so tenderly and supported our family with compassion and grace. This is our second year organizing this donation drive, and it has become a sacred way for us to parent Quincy through love in action.

Your donation will be used to support the families & and young patients of the children's hospital with supplies, gifts, food, etc.

We’ve also created a special registry filled with thoughtfully chosen items, gifts for babies, comfort for families, and supplies for the incredible caregivers at OHSU. Each one has been selected with Quincy in mind and from the deepest place in our hearts. www.quincykai.com
