Hi...it's Judi .. Jessica's friend...as you all know Jessica has many many health issues...way too many to mention...and her cat QUILLY has been by her side since 2012 as her emotional support cat...and even warns her when she is about to have a seizure!!.. QUILLY IS VERY SICK ..the vet bill is estimated between 5,000 to 10,000 at Ocean State Veterinary Hospital...
Jessica will give the shirt off her back to anyone if needed..being on disability... she'd still find a way...
