Hello I'm Emmett! A young albertan indi film maker. Right now some colleagues and I are in pre production on a psychological survival film called Quiet West

Quiet West is a psychological survival film set in 1950s Kananaskis, Alberta. It follows a young married couple, Yvonne and Earnest Bowman, on their trek through the wilderness. Yvonne has recently lost her father, who loved the outdoors as much as she does. The reason for their journey is to scatter his ashes in their favorite place.

After they make camp for the night, Yvonne slips away. When Earnest wakes in the morning, he finds her gone and the ashes still in the tent.

The story follows Earnest as he searches for his wife, forced to confront both the unforgiving forest and his own inner turmoil. Quiet West is about grief, love, and what happens when the wilderness outside begins to reflect the wilderness within.

As of right now we are on are way to make a really cool film, but with your help we will be able to make a great film, and I will also be able to pay my cast and crew!!!
