NICK’S ROAD TO THE NATIONAL KAYAK TEAM!

This years Pan American games will be held in Lima, Peru. I am a 23 y/o from Hawaii training hard in the sport of sprint kayaking to make the US national team and compete for a spot in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Water sports have been a passion of mine since I was introduced to outrigger canoeing at the age of 9, and they have greatly influenced how I’ve lived life since. I believe training hard in the kayak has helped me with all my achievements in life from getting to bed early to making the Dean’s List while studying electrical engineering.
