My name is JJ and I am raising funds towards an out of the blue operation I have just had! I am a Bichon frise, loved and adored by everyone I meet.

I have two mummies, one in heaven and one here.

My first mummy got sick and sadly died from cancer after a very brave fight, when I was 3. She had an arrangement with my Mummy now that I would come to her. She already had a dog who was my best friend and everyone agreed that it was important for me to feel safe and secure.

Every day my Mummy tells me wonderful stories about my first mummy and all the great times we all had.

Mummy describes me as ‘Grey Friars Bobby’ as I capture everyone’s hearts.

I know when a human or animal is in distress and always want to help and look to Mummy to help them. Eg Recently I dragged Mummy under the bushes to free a trapped bird.

Now it’s my turn.

I was rushed to the vet and am now recovering in the ICU referral unit from my gall bladder being removed. I would like to help my Mummy meet the costs which are so high.

She made a promise to my first mummy to always do the best for me. I know this now makes things really hard for her.
