Every child has a dream some big and some small. As parents we all try to fulfill our children’s dream although some may be impossible.
We are dedicated working moms who have daughters dedicated to dancing. They are dancers with big hearts and passion for dance. Our girls dance at Performers Edge Dance Academy on East Tremont in the Bronx; they have a very dedicated staff that has worked with most of them since they began dancing.
Our girls have been invited to the Artistic Dance Exchange Dance Festival to be held in Spain. These girls work so hard all year round to compete and to get chances like this one. These opportunities do not happen often. We would like them to go and experience this once in a lifetime opportunity, but as we mentioned we are working mothers and while we can provide for most of the expenses they will need more in order to fulfill this dream.
We are reaching out to all our family and friends and to whomever else wants to help to make this dream possible for these young ladies who not only work hard dancing year round, but who also work hard keeping their grades up and wouldn’t this look great on a college resume? Please help in rewarding these girls for their dedication and hard work. There is no better way to show them than to make this a reality.
The funds will help with the dancer’s airfare. Our goal is to raise the money by March 31, 2016. Any amount you can donate towards this goal even $1.00 will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping to fulfill the dreams of six girls…..
