Memorial Expenses for Lola Tess Fernandez
Donation protected
To all friends and family,
On April 5th, my mother was admitted into Shady Grove Hospital for breathing problems. We later found out that she had a stroke and was diagnosed with Pneumonia and COVID-19. She sadly lost the battle on May 2nd. She recovered and was cleared from COVID-19, but the doctor said that her body could no longer handle the Pneumonia, which eventually led to heart failure.
The doctor let us know that she fought hard and didn't give up until the very end. Today, on May 2nd, the Lord told us it was time for her to be with Him. Our family is so heartbroken that she left us so soon. She was only 80 years old. We were not allowed to be by her side before she passed due to the pandemic protocol in the hospital, which makes this hurt much more.
She was a sunshine in our lives, known for her beautiful sewing creations and her delicious food by many friends.
Lola Tess leaves behind her 5 children and many grandchildren.
The fees to properly put my mom to rest is much more than our family is able to offer, so we kindly ask for your support. We don't like asking for help, especially since this is a tough time for everyone right now, but please consider donating if you can. It would help us out a lot, and we will forever be grateful. If you are unable to, just a simple share of this post is more than helpful to us. The funds will be used toward her cremation, hospital bill, and any expenses related to her passing. Please keep her and our family in your prayers, thank you and we hope you all stay safe during this difficult time.
God bless you all, our family thanks you in advance for your donations and condolences.
