Queer Couple Facing Eviction on Dec. 31st

The long story short:
My partner and I are facing an eviction on December 31st. Our landlord is using a loophole in COVID19 tenant protection laws and filed an eviction lawsuit for a "lease violation" as soon as we lost our income and could not pay our full rent. The violation? Our cat roaming unattended on the property. Yes, our landlord is evicting us during the height of a global pandemic simply because our cat was outside.
I finally received a job offer this week after months of searching only to have it rescinded a few days later. The reason being the company couldn't process my background check in time for the last orientation of the seasonal hiring period. Lol capitalism.
My partner and I have both been actively job searching. Both of our unemployment benefits are expiring this month and we are in an urgent bind.
What is needed:
We have to be moved out of our apartment by December 31st and do not have a viable housing option for ourselves and our two cats.
The majority of the funds raised will ideally go towards a down payment on a new apartment or anywhere that will keep a roof over our heads. The rest will help us pay for necessary medications + doctor visits and keeping us fed.
Thank you so, so much for reading, sharing, donating.
