In memory of 'Jock'

In 1978, Queensbury Celtic Football Club was formed. Starting with a few local lads in a school playground, a team was formed which went to become one of the strongest and most successful teams in the club's history.

A major part of that team was Jock McCartney, an excellent player and big character, who has been remembered over the years by the club's founders. Memories of QCFC stayed with Jock, with him kindly declaring he wanted to help the club continue giving young people experiences in football after his passing.

Your kind donations in Jock's memory will go directly fund the club's activities. This includes training facilities, match day pitches, kit and all the equipment needed to keep the 330 boys and girls across 27 teams enjoying their football, just as Jock did all those years ago.
