Hippy, a 6 month old Pembroke Welsh Corgi is suffering from the beginning stages of congestive heart failure. Her heart is abnormally enlarged and filled with fluid. She is such a loving and sweet girl, and is in need of surgery to save her life. Please help in any way you can. I just want my baby girl to be healthy and happy again.
